This Latin-beat aerobic routine has already begun to be offered by gyms and YMCAs across the country. The book shows the movements and recommends combinations aimed at specific problem areas (demonstrated on the accompanying DVD). As with all such books, it pads itself out with a recommended diet, this one claiming to burn belly and thigh fat, and includes recipes. There is nothing really different about this treatment, but the salsa style is fashionable, and Zumba has received a lot of buzz. Verdict A must for fad followers, but really nothing special.
